Vehicle Locate Process
- Describe for us the vehicle you wish to buy. Give us the make, model, year range, mileage range, color preferences, trim level and must have options.
- KC Motor Co will do a preliminary search to determine availability and a realistic price range for the vehicle.
- Once the price range and method of payment have been agreed to, KC Motor Co will do a national search for the vehicle.
- Each vehicle we look at will be screened for its overall condition, previous accidents, number of owners, tread depth of tires down the 32nd of an inch, checked for any interior odors, and much more.
- When we find a great candidate, we will email you a breakdown of the vehicle including the Equipment, Overall Condition, Carfax, Pictures and a good Selling Price. In the agreed upon price KC Motor Co accounts for any auction fees, transportation costs and any anticipated reconditioning costs for the vehicle.
- If you like everything about the vehicle, we will purchase the vehicle and if it is out of state, order the transportation to get it to our dealership.
- When the vehicle arrives KC Motor Co will do a complete service inspection to ensure that the vehicle is as described. Once satisfied with the inspection, we will change the oil and have the vehicle fully detailed before we deliver it to you.
- All of what we do is non-contractual and if for some reason you don't like what we bought, you don't buy it. KC Motor Co has located and delivered hundreds of vehicles over the past years and we have yet to have a customer decline a vehicle that we located for them.
