Co-Founder/Owner
Steve Reid is the co-founder and owner of KC Motor Company. He has been in the car industry since 1988 but has been an enthusiast for anything with an engine since he was a child. Steve has been married to Cyndi since 1997, and they have three children. Their family fun includes boating, riding dirt bikes, and cheering for the K-State Wildcats. (Don't worry Jayhawk fans, you can get a good deal too!) Steve, Cyndi, and their children are active supporters of the Special Olympics.

Josh Rose is the Sales and Finance Manager for KC Motor Company. A seasoned professional with a remarkable journey spanning military service, diverse leadership roles, and a profound impact on operations, he is committed to excellence in every facet of his career.
With 12 years of service in the U.S. Army, including active duty in Iraq, he's cultivated unwavering dedication, adaptability, and resilience. His military experience taught him the value of teamwork, strategic thinking, and effective communication under high-stress circumstances
Currently serving as a dealership manager, he is leading the charge in sales, operations, and financing. His commitment to customer satisfaction, honed through years of diverse experience, ensures that each client interaction is marked by professionalism, transparency, and the pursuit of excellence.

Administrative and Accounting Coordinator
Morgan Kelley is the office manager and bookkeeper at KC Motor Co. where she handles daily office operations, bookkeeping, and financial records with accuracy and organization. She keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and supports the team with clear communication and attention to detail.
Outside of work Morgan is a wife and a mother of four, which has made her skilled at multi-tasking!

With a combined 16 years of experience at KC Motor Company, Jason, Greg, and Leon are the backbone of our detailing operation. They are responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of our entire inventory, handling everything from full detailing and reconditioning to minor repairs. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure every vehicle on our lot meets our high standards, inside and out.
